- How can I find out more about the account options available
to me on my variable life policy?
All of the account options on your variable life policy, and their recent performance, are available on this site. For changes or forms that are not available through the eService Center, we suggest you contact your financial professional who can provide the assistance you need to complete the change.
- What changes can I make to my policy through the eService Center?

- Except for policies with Enhanced Guarantee Agreement* or Enhanced Guarantee Choice Agreement*, you can:
change your allocation percentages for future net premiums
establish, change, or terminate allocation percentages for future monthly charges

- You can change the policyowner's address on all of your life contracts.
- When is the actual cash value/account value updated on a variable life policy?
The actual cash value/account value varies daily with the investment performance of the sub-accounts of the variable life account in which the Policy participates. For each variable life account sub-account, the value is determined by multiplying the current number of sub-account units credited to the policy by the current sub- account unit value. The unit value of each sub-account is determined on each valuation date, which is each date on which a Portfolio is valued. This means that the values (separate account value/actual cash value and the unit value of each sub-account) on any given day actually reflect the values as of the close of the last valuation date.
- How can I reinstate my lapsed or terminated policy?
You will need to contact your financial professional for assistance in requesting reinstatement of your lapsed or terminated policy. Evidence of insurability is required when requesting reinstatement. Refer to your contract for more information on the requirements to reinstate your policy.
